Understanding the Needs of Young Parents and the Best Approaches for Serving Them (2019)
To better understand the unique needs of and challenges facing young parents—those between the ages of 18 and 24—the Child and Family Research Partnership conducted a series of focus groups with young mothers, young fathers, and service providers who work with young parents. Programs can support young fathers by helping them manage relationships, and to balance school, work, and family and understand what it means to be a father.
